A warm welcome to Green Collar Asia.
We’re a Singapore based executive search & recruitment firm, dedicated to green jobs as we’re passionate about the role of green jobs in building a sustainable future for the world.
Working in a niche sector, we’re in a position to help organisations find quality talent in the areas of sustainability, green buildings, water, waste management, renewable energy, green transport, green design, environmental services as well as in the non-profit and social enterprise sectors. We do our best to seek candidates who are keen to make a positive difference to society by innovating and implementing solutions that help the world through the organisations they work for.
We also seek to bring into public domain various green job trends as well as share the experiences of professionals, entrepreneurs, and thought-leaders in the green and non-profit sectors. Our passion for sharing continues offline, as we also provide training and speaking services for organisations on a wide range of sustainability topics.

A personal note from the Founder, Bhavani Prakash
Hi and thanks for connecting.
Coming from a finance and economics background, I transitioned a few years ago into the sustainability domain, when a moment of inspired realisation, as well as the enormity of the ecological crisis hit home. It was then that I made up my mind to live the rest of my life pursuing my true passion, which was to create massive awareness about the state of our environment and encourage green action. The journey began with the setting up of what has now become a well known environmental advocacy site called Eco WALK the Talk.com
Green Collar Asia, is a continuation of that mission. For people to lead fulfilling lives and perform at the highest energy levels, it is so important for them to do work that ignites their true passion, and that also enables them to give back to society in some form or the other.
Our aim is to bring motivated and passionate talent, in touch with organisations that in turn inspire, and have at the core of their mission the triple intention of furthering people, planet and profit to ensure long term sustainability for all.
Welcome aboard, and let’s journey together to make the world a greener and happier place! We’re glad to be of service to you, whether you’re a prospective green job seeker or an organisation seeking quality talent. We’re keen to share our experiences and learnings with you on our website through our interviews with thought leaders and insightful articles on the green job sector in Asia. We also provide customised sustainability training and speaking programmes for your organisation
Hope to speak with you soon.
